Model 3 / Model YModel 3 & Model Y
These are the Teslas we install chargers for most often. The Standard Range versions charge at 32 amps max, so they don't use the Wall Connector's full capacity. Long Range and Performance models can handle 48 amps.

- Long Range / Performance charging up to 48A (setup-dependent)
- Typical install adds ~44 mi/hr (Model 3 LR) and ~42 mi/hr (Model Y)
A Model 3 Long Range adds about 44 miles of range per hour with our typical installation. Model Y is similar at 42 miles per hour. Even the Standard Range versions charge noticeably faster than with the Mobile Connector.
Model S / Model XModel S & Model X
The bigger Teslas also benefit from faster home charging. Model S gets about 34 miles per hour, Model X about 30 miles per hour. These cars have larger batteries, so faster charging makes a bigger difference for daily convenience.
