Journeyman Electrician
Lead residential & light-commercial installs — panels, solar, EV, generators.
As a Journeyman Electrician at Lehmann Electrical, you'll run jobs start to finish across Waukesha and Milwaukee County — installing and troubleshooting residential and light-commercial systems, including 100A–200A panel upgrades, solar tie-ins, EV chargers, standby generators, and smart-home wiring.
What you'll do
- Install, service, and troubleshoot wiring, panels, and devices to NEC code
- Perform installs to a high standard and pass inspections from the local AHJ
- Help train and mentor newer electricians on the crew
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and other contractors on site
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience preferred — a Wisconsin Journeyman license is even better
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record & reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- OSHA 10/30 a plus; solar or EV experience a strong plus
- Reliable, safety-first, able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Schedule & pay: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm · overtime optional · $35–$45/hr DOE.

Solar Appointment Setter (D2D)
Set qualified solar appointments door-to-door — paid training, uncapped commission.
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you'll canvass targeted neighborhoods across Southeast Wisconsin and book qualified solar appointments for our team. The scope is focused — you're not closing deals at the door, you're starting conversations, qualifying interest, and setting the appointment.
What you'll do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
- Introduce homeowners to solar and qualify their interest
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Use company-provided applications to track your appointments and progress
What we're looking for
- Sales or canvassing experience preferred
- Outgoing, self-motivated, comfortable talking to people
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
Compensation: Paid training, then 100% commission — uncapped, with top performers earning $250k+. This is a 1099 independent-contractor position; traditional benefits are not offered.
